assalamualaikum to all my frends….

this is the first time i create my own blog bcoz i have no idea what should i do now…..i wanna sleep but i cant, wanna eat but my stomach regurgitate back any kind of food i eat now, i lose my appetite…arghhh……risaunyer bile fikir result professional exam yg baru selesai td…have i done well today?i dont think so bcoz i hv missed something in  my long case….i forgot to ask the patient about her last menstrual period…hukhuk…..i ve got breast case in my long case. prof meah and external examiner were my examiner in the long case….(alhamdulillah, ive got prof meah who is a very nice lecturer as my examiner)…the patient complained of breast abcess and multiple breast lump….and i gave breast carcinoma as my provisional dx based on history and physical examination but i think my diagnosis was wrong….hukhuk….after, ive finished my long case mr Gee came to me and ask me about my patient and my diagnosis….he told me, actually the patient has granulomatous mistitis….arghhh…so, my diagnosis was wrong….that’s why la the examiner asked me more about benign breast disease…i cant go back to the examiner and present my diagnosis again…hukhuk….why the word ‘mistitis’ not come in my brain during the exam….i’ve told the examiner about benign breast disease that i know but i did not mention the "mastitis"….hukhuk…. mr Gee said breast Ca is acceptable as the diagnosis for the patient and i already can buy  bus ticket to go home…. huhu…itu cakap mr Gee….may be mr Gee tak nak bg aku risau….tp  examiner  accept tak my diagnosis….sgt2 risau….cam nak nangis je…..history pun cam tak organize td…i think a can’t sleep until i get my result….

for short case i’ve got respiratory case and hepatosplenomegaly. thanks to Allah because i got hepatosplenomegaly as 1 of my short case…it was the same case with my mock exam but different patient…alhamdulillah…

for respiratory case i just heard crepitation and i cant appreciate the bronchiol breathing in the patient at first i examined her but the examiner(prof wendy and Dr ngau) gave me another chance to auscaltate again until i got the finding…alhamdulillah, the examiner guide me during the exam…

ya Allah, i hope i will pass in this exam….i know professional exam 2 is very different and very difficult compared to prof exam 1…it need us to apply all our knowledge in clinical skill….medicine is very broad…there is a lot of things that we have to learn and know. i hope i will become a good doctor in the future with Allah by my side…..insyaAllah…

to all my colleague who will have the exam tomorrow, i wish u all the best and don’t panic during the exam and for those who have done the exam i hope we all will pass.insyaAllah.
