i think I’ve already developed ‘manic’ symptom since i was posted in psyciatric department…the triggering factor for this manic attack could be depression..blh ke depression trigger manic attack??huahua..cam pelik je..;)but now i’m very depressed with the psy patients in the ward…sometimes,they make me anger and depressed..nasib baik xde aggresive behaviour lg…huhu.(…tensionnye….rs mcm aku plak yg jd patient…hukhuk)…at this moment, my interest on photo editing become excessive…b4 this photo editing mmg hobi ak..tp xde la manic mcm ni..xde la sampai ade social and occupational impairment..(hypomanic je kot sblm ni..huahua)…but now, dah jd manic…tak th la dah brp byk foto aku edit…kdg2 rs depressed, kdg rs happy…(x kan bipolar kot…)…kdg2 ade anxiety symptom gak…huhu…entahler…tp ak mmg ade OCD kot…sejak posting psy ni je OCD ak dh kurang..erm,mgkn sbb dah blaja management of anxiety ngan Prof Azhar..so,blh wat cognitive behaviour therapy kat diri sendiri;-)
