setelah sekian lame aku biarkan blog ini sepi tanpa kata…dgn izinNya dpt jgk aku luangkan masa untuk coretkan sedikit kata-kata kat blog ni:)

kalau nak kate aku busy takde la pulak busy sangat kebelakangan ni.cume byk kene travel kot sejak kebelakangan ni.ulang-alik dari serdang-KL @ KL-serdang..dah 5 minngu aku start final year..rase macam sekejap je mase berlalu. aku start dgn posting senior paediatric utk final year ni.mostly gune hospital serdang.ok jgkla posting kat sane walaupun majority of the cases are respiratory;-D. selama 4 weeks posting kat sane+1 week exam kat HKL. Alhamdulillah,paeditric exam ku berjalan dgn baik semalam dan hari selasa baru ni.lega rasenye lps exam. skg tgh tgu result.insyaAllah esok dapat tahu result. untuk exam paediatric ni aku dpt short case cerebral palsy(+FTT+developmental delay) and TB(patient tu takde BCG scar, ade reduced air entry kat mid and lower zone on righ side + dullness). examiner ialah Prof Amir,one of the kind and nice doctor. ms exam dgn prof amir takde la rs berdebar sgt cume utk long case dgn prof Bina aku rs ln mcm skit..risau sgt sbb blm pernah dpt exam dgn die, pastu prof bina style die ln skit compared to other lecturer. die ade style yg tersendiri. yg ptg kene ikut sequence and need to mention the important things je…utk long case prof bina kasi case respiratory…mule2 aku igtkan case acute exacerbation of bronchiol asthma sbb pt tu selalu je GP bg die syrup ventolin bile die demam, batuk, selsema…tp symptoms die tak typical sgt utk diagnose AEBA. pastu aku letakla provisional diagnosis bronchopneumonia based on history and physical findings…other differential include acute bronchiolitis and AEBA(patient ni mmg ade family history astma).pastu prof bina siap pesan lg kt aku klu jd GP jgn sewenang-wenang kasi syrup ventolin kat patient. klu takde indication jgn bg mcm patient ni.huhu…ms present case kat prof bina ok la plak rasenye prof bina ni. tak seperti yang aku fikirkan sebelum exam dengan die. tp style die mmg ln skit. aku blm hbs lg present history of presenting illness die terus tanye ape important symptoms kat patient ni.sebelum present tu byk jgkla history yg aku tulis kat atas kertas tu tp yg die tye dlm 70-80% je kot. pastu die start tanye investigation and manegement. antara soalan yg ditanya ialah manegenent of bronchopneumonia, the most common organism and antibiotic. pastu die tanye jgk pasal managemnent of asthma. e.g:klu patient tak respond to neb salbutamol nk wat camne etc…
Alhamdulillah, semuanya berjalan dgn baik.skg tgh tggu result…tak sabar nk tunggu hari esk.huhu;). i hope i will pass.ameen.hanya kepada Allah aku berserah:)
